Holiday Inn Express Munich North, an IHG Hotel

Glad they provided early check in after a long overnight flight. Nice clean hotel for short stays during business.

The stay in itself was comfortable. The breakfast was good. We were traveling with a child so we got a crib in the room. unfortunately there was no fridge in the room, so we couldn't store milk.

Neat and pleasant room, breakfast is good. staffs are cooperative . overall a very good experience. near by access to Supermarkets/KFC etc.

Location, amenities were good. Need to give some more varieties for veg. Booking was nightmare. Even after paying 100%advance, our booking was not there. We have to again make the payment and claim refund Very bad experience of hotel booking

The hotel was reasonably well located and was close to both the bus and tram stops and just 10 min from the main train station. The room was very good and clean when we entered but we were told that there is no daily cleaning and rooms were cleaned every alternate day. But the hotel was good enough to at least change our towels. The quality of cleaning left much to be desired though as the room was not properly vacuumed and coffee sachets were not refilled after the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and had a good variety with plenty of seating. Overall a pleasant experience even though it was a bit expensive

Hotel is good and accessible to bus, also shopping mall is near to hotel. Overall good experience

I had traveled with my 8 year daughter and overall experience was good. Our room was clean and everything was in proper order. They had buffet, continental breakfast which we enjoyed. Next day also they cleaned our room. Only thing which i would ask them to consider is provide drinking water in the hotel room.

3 night stay. Good overall hygiene. Staff were professional however they need to be more friendly. Room has optimum facility. However facility like water heater should be provided
