A bit focus on cleanliness

Firstly as we entered, the parking looked like an haunted basement. And then when we get to the room, was so depressing as didnt get the room what we booked and as seen in the picture. Even the bed, carpet, washroom was dirty.As well as the room had some kinda smell. But the receptionist was quite co-operative she did manage to give us another room. I must add the breakfast was amazing. 👍🏻
