Except for the location no aspect of the property was good. Too much different from photos and description. Very poor maintenance. No coffee kit. No napkins. The bed was like a trampoline. It kills your back. The body weight sinks the mattress so much that the frame hits you when you are not attentive. For four nights of stay only one set of towels was provided. Heating was very inefficient. Verandas outside room were filthy. The reception is far away from the apartments and difficult to convey anything to the staff. When informed they couldn’t care less. About just one towel for four days the executive said it was as per their standards!! That was a shocker considering he was talking about standards in Germany! I hope the authorities took a look at the way things are run there. I could go on listing many more issues but i suppose this should have given you nod a sufficient idea.
