The room was stinking with foul gases from toilet. The carpet was also stinking like urine. We were denied orthopaedic mattresses. As the one proved was very very soft and creates acute back pain. Excuse was given that Lille is developed on a marshy land so foul smell. Ridiculous. The plumbing was defective and the water seal must have been broken due to which foul smell was coming from sewer
