Firstly, the location is great - just a few mins walk from palais de festivals - which is why i chose this hotel. Cons : 1. There's no lift, so unless you baggage is small and handle able, forget about this hotel! i had to lug my huge 23kg bag up three floors all by myself! which took 45 mins incidentally! 2. The room size was terribly small - no place to even open my bag fully. I had booked for 3 nights but abandoned the hotel after the first night itself! totally wasted money!
