Hotel is centrally located, walking distnace to main attractions .. No frills L'Esterel, clean tidy rooms, standard service, standard cornflakes, toast breakfast .. Nothing amazing, but thats all you get at that price in Cannes. Definitely value for money .. Nothing to complaint about ..

Hotel is located at the very central location of Cannes, right opposite to the railway station and about 500 meters from the beach .. Not much services, but basics were right .. Rooms were small, but, linen and rooms were thoroughly clean .. Reception staff could be a little polite !!
