familyLocation and property is very good but the service is really very bad. Our air conditioner was not working telephone was not wrking. And even after a number of complaints they could not service our air conditioner and we had to stay as it is. We had an elderly travel-ling with us so we could not change rooms easily which they did not even offer. When called for towels and shampoo. They came in after almost 2 hours. While checking out thy were not even bothered to get the bags to the taxi. Our taxi drivers had to help us out.
