Awesome Hilton Hurghada Plaza and great location. The rooms are fantastic and have a great view of the red sea. The first day the ac was not working effectively and the duty manager mr. Mohamed em-am upgraded us to a duplex apartment the very next day for the rest of our stay. The breakfast has a huge spread and variety of items to choose from. It was my birthday on 26th. And adel from the front desk organized for cake which was very nice of her. Overall it was a wonderful experience but the only area where improvement was required was housekeeping. But all- in- all a fantastic Hilton Hurghada Plaza and value for money
