Nile view, fantastic location

One of the best stay of our Egypt tour. Right on serene Nile makes it a great place to stay. Also offers a pool few metres from Nile shore, while the other pool is at centre of resort . It also offers variety of restaurants Italian, Indian for diverse culinary experience . Would recommend . They should better manage the associated taxi drivers as they seldom honor's tariff published by Steigenberger Resort Achti. This was little surprising to us. Rest everything was perfect

The Steigenberger Resort Achti is dated but it was very clean and they were upgrading the Steigenberger Resort Achti when I stayed there. Breakfast was good, there is a convenience store right outside the Steigenberger Resort Achti gate, if you walk down 5 minutes there is a nice Chinese restaurant, egyptian restaurant and KFC. It is at one end of Town but the Town is not very big.

Great Steigenberger Resort Achti with close proximity to everything. The best thing was the Karnak restaurant. Very close to East Bank heritage sites like Luxor temple and Karnak temple and market is also close by. Situated on the banks of Nile River and has a nice view of Nile and all lit up temples from its terrace. Overall a wonderful and comfortable stay.

greatExtremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. . Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.
Comfortable stay along nile river

Hotel is well maintained and an right on the shores of river nile. We booked for villa which unfortunately didn't have nile view. Very close to Luxor temple and Karnak temple. Nice Restaurants .. We tried the Italian restaurant and the main restaurant Karnak ... Both were good

This is one of those properties that has passed it hay days and is now trying to revive itself. The place is nice bit no more a Sheraton so bare that in mind while booking.
Great place. It's newly being redone so bare that in mind. Also it's not a Sheraton anymore.
