Pavillon Winter Luxor

In my entire travel to Egypt, this was the worst stay we ended up at. I wish someone had written the right feedback and I would have skipped this experience for myself. Dirty mattress, dirty and smelly bedsheets and extremely rude stuff. They are far away from hospitality. Their response is so unwelcoming that you feel avoiding any conversation with them. What they are winning at his location, they have been placed right next to the most popular monument of the city. They have not upgraded themselves for at least 20 years now, and have been giving really poor service and food.

Frankly i found it overhyped. Yes, you will definitely enjoy the location advantage of the property but believe me, that's it. The property is quite old, rooms are even ordinary with absolutely zero amenities. Breakfast was just okay and staff behaviour was also normal to okay, nothing close to wow.

Our stay was an excellent experience, the staff and hotel was top class with French touch to all they do. They took time and quality in every detail of the service. Highly recommended place.

Hotel has old charm and located in front of the River. Convenient to travel to nearby places.

This was the best stay in Egypt. The food, hospitality, services are way par excellence. The location is probably the best in Luxor. The food is excellent and also very reasonable compared to other five star properties in the area. They offered to provide a very late check out (beyond my stay) since I had late train .. They also got me a cake for my birthday!
