Gaia Pyramids Hotel

Hotel denied the room booked by us. Cramped us in separate small rooms later shifted us to another unhygienic hotel. Denied free airport transfers as committed in writing on the booking voucher. Was operating lifts without door extremely dangerous and illegal

Hotel sold our large room to someone else and denied us our room. They later gave us very small room squeezed in corners Room did not have basics like intercom phone for reception. Curtain on one window was missing. They mishandled my baggage and broke my cabin luggage handle. Entry to room was from outside. No one came for promised pickup. The elevator is extremely dangerous with door missing while going up. it seems like an illegal elevator and fraudulent establishment. The guy at the reception was a very sly and trying to misguide and lie. A total disaster

Sent me to a different hotel of low quality They denied Free promised Airport transfer. They took advantage of the fact that we were travelling with kids

We didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel as they overbooked it. We reached in the morning got check in but they said check in is later and when we reached later at 4pm tired after our day trip they said they’ve given us an ‘upgrade’ and took us to another hotel. The hotel was in a bad condition and suffocating rooms. The same owner owned this hotel and as they overbooked gaia they pushed us off here. We wasted 4 hours trying to figure out where we could go and the hotel only added to our problems every moment. In all honesty it’s not worth staying in giza. It’s better to stay in cairo itself
