Guests appreciate the excellent breakfast and the friendly staff who are generally helpful. The property has a good location near the pyramids, providing some nice views, although a lot of construction is happening nearby and windows could be cleaner. However, check-in can be tricky and the stairs leading up can be quite dirty at times. Noise levels might be an issue too.

Not good at all. The room was not property cleaned. There were many stains on the bedsheet and when we requested them to change, they didn't change the bedsheet. No wi-fi connection was there but it was mentioned in the inclusion. They didn't give complementary water. Very bad experience.
