Flamenco Hotel Cairo

Firstly the room type name was misleading. They play with the English language. It's said Nile side room. But then I will was no wear inside and what they actually meant was its on the side of the hotel and all we could see was an adjoining building from our room. Housekeeping was very average. Teach time there to be reminded to bring milk sachets sugar sachets etc. Something that should have been done while cleaning the room itself. Front Office n Bell Desk was very efficient. Food at breakfast was quite good. Reasonably good choice. Overall an average stay.

The hotel is located on the banks of the nil e riverside and in a commercial area good for shopping and with restaurants in the vicinity. The staff is courteous and efficient. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The guest rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely value for money.

It was a great stay with fantastic complimentary breakfast

This is a fairly priced, good hotel. Usps: 1) location: it is located at zamalek, which is over all a great place to stay. Part of the hotel overlooks the nil e and opens onto the nil e promenade. Boating/kayaking/cruise booking stations and boarding points are bang opposite the hotel. 2) food: their in-house breakfast is great. It sustained us through the day while touring the city. - surrounding the hotel are mcd, starbucks, for a quick bite. - for indians and vegetarians: the indian restaurant - maharaja hotel is just 500 odd metres away, and a another named zaika is opposite flamenco hotel. 3) rooms and room service: rooms are small but clean and serve the purpose, as we were out most of the day. The bed was too springy and we didn't sleep well enough (woke up with back and neck pains. The floor is carpeted and overall slightly dusty. 4) staff: the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a good experience overall.

No Indian foods. Also no Indian restaurant nearby of Hotel.
