We stayed at Novotel Cairo Airport for one night, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The Novotel Cairo Airport’s proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient, especially for a short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. Our room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable night. The bed was cozy, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep despite being close to the airport. The Novotel Cairo Airport’s amenities were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a relaxing evening by the pool, which was well-maintained and serene. The dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight – a wide selection of fresh and tasty options that catered to different tastes. Overall, our stay at Novotel Cairo Airport was short but truly enjoyable. It’s a perfect choice for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service near the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Room was good. Breakfast menu was same through out the week, but variety was excellent. Only problem faced during room service. Except mrs. Shyma, no one able to understand english properly. Airport shuttle service is available in every 30min. One issue to be noticed to the management that inspite of no smoking board in lobby specially chinese guest & few staff are smoking inside the lobby. Which was uncomfortable conditions for non somkers. Specially my self would not like to be a passive smoker. Others are ok.

The Novotel Cairo Airport is excellent with quite spacious rooms. The rooms are maintained well and very clean. The food is good with a wide variety of choices too. The a la carte restaurant is open always which is a big plus for transit guests. Even there’s a shuttle service to airport. With all positives, the biggest negative of this Novotel Cairo Airport is the front desk staff. They are extremely rude. The whole experience is pulled down by their lack of politeness

Hotel smells of cigarettes. I am a smoker so it didn’t bother me much but man come on where in the world can you still smoke in the reception area of a decent sized Novotel Cairo Airport. Rooms are not sound proofed.

Stay was good, rooms are ok. I have a suggestion, they should plan to keep some more vegetarian options in break fast, as we indians generally prefer veg food.
