The stay was comfortable and cozy. We booked Nile river view room with balcony on 15 floor. That was the beauty of our staying. Room size was good for 2 people and both the room and the toilet was clean. Room service was good but house keeping staffs took long time to fix the problem with AC. Otherwise all the staff were guest friendly They have two elevators and three restaurants.The pool side restaurant and the cafe had alacarte options . Food quality was good and tasty. The area was little away from the hassle of the city. We could see even pyramids from our balcony. The travel desk helped us to plan the local sightseeing.On the whole we had a good vacation .
