Yes I have enjoyed everything but want to say that the service of Carlton hotel was absolutely poor and bad, pl note the following 1. As per the package they sent Airport transfer is free, I asked for the same while going to Cairo airport they denied, they said it is for lifting from airport only not to drop airport, I had shown their offer "Transfer Free Airport Transfer" they told even yesterday that they would provide but today when I was just leaving for airport they disagree as I was little late and paid higher fare at the last moment 2. They did not clean my room not even provide drinking water for two days Please ask for explantion from them for this
