coupleThe hotel was very average as compared to the money charged by them. I arrived late in the night and the staff wasn't courteous enough to receive me at the entrance. I and my wife had carry 4 bags of luggage all by ourselves.

Book Basma Hotel only in case you are not left with other options. Hospitality is too bad. They do not provide water bottle, coffee, etc. Post first night stay note, that the charges remain same for each night stay. Don't expect currency conversion at the reception, even for lower denomination.
