Abuse of Customer Credit Card

I Booked for 2 Days on MMT (Prepaid). 15 and 16 Mar. Point No 1: At time of Check-In, they asked me for my Credit card details. They should ask for the Govt. Approved ID, that is understood. There was No reason to ask for my Card details, when I Have already paid them money in Advance. Point No 2: They took my signature on paper, so they can charge the card if required. Point No 3. On 17 Mar, There was an option for Late Checkout by paying 49 Danish KRONA as it was written on the Hotel Card. But at reception, they asked me to pay for 75 Krona, which I paid for Late Checkout. Point No 4. I reached the Hotel around 1:20 and they told that they charged me for Next Day as well. They said that they tried to call me, which they didn't. Also, they said they have sent the email. that was also sent on another email. So, they send me the email at 01:50pm . I asked for an escalation to speak with manager. They said he is in meeting so write an email. Clearly, they are looting purposefully . Seriously, A BAD Experience from this HOTEL GO. Pathetic
