Terrible experience. A/C not working.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights from 28th - 30th. No good staff. And the most important thing A.C was not working. When i asked about it they told that A/C of whole hotel complex has been turned off because outside temperature is too low. And to my surprise they offered me fan in the room. I was highly disappointed with the hotel staff. Will definately not stay in this hotel next time.
