Beautiful experience with a feeling of good but something missing.

Good property, good staff, good service. But being a 5 star they need to have at-least one more restaurant with some kind of global cuisine, i was surprised not to see a bar in a 5 star, although they did offer to serve beer in the room. Last but not least, every shift needs to have at least one person with a decent conversational fluency in english. I don't expect that on streets but in a hospitality sector and that too a 5 star Chateau Star River Pudong Shanghai. I think it's needed. Although i must say very kind staff, patient and very willing to assist in every way possible.
