My stay at Holiday Inn Chengdu was an excellent experience. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful despite the language problem. I was specially impressed by the dedication of the one housekeeping girl who was looking after my room, I wanted to put my appreciation on record for that girl's hard work, sincerity and service with a smile. I made a mistake while vacating my room on the 2nd of January, I forgot to pack my new sandals and left that pair of sandals in Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Huanhuaxi, an IHG Hotel room. I don't know whether I can be helped in getting those sandals back or not but otherwise I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Chengdu.
