The location is perfect in the center of Chengdu City. The Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center is good. Only I not feel good in this Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center is lobby sofa. The crown Plaza Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center is the big brand and have several properties around the world. The Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center comes under 4 or 5 star category. So according to the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center star category the lobby sofa seems very hold and also cloth torn from some places and not match according to the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center name. The entrance of the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center should always be attractive as it gives the first impression. So, I suggest the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center should consider my point and change the sofa.

Hotel located in central Chengdu with lot of malls Around where you can find all you need. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and would go out of their way to help. The staff knew english and used to help in getting taxi, finding restaurant or other places to go. Overall a great experience.
