So most of the famous tourist attractions are walking from the Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel. One of the most fascinating part about the Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel was its robot housekeeping. If you order for water a robot will come and give you the water which was very very fascinating to us. We loved the experience. For indians the Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel has a few Nepali interns who work out there so they understand english hindi and chinese. I think that is one of the biggest assets of the Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel to have such staff. For us david really helped us to plan as well we he made sure there were a few vegetarian options in the breakfast. He was a great help.

We arrived at the Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel at 8 am and our check-in time was at 2 pm. The staff was so gracious they let us check-in 6 hours early without any charge. Also, they were extremely helpful and courteous. The staff also booked a cab for us free of charge because we couldn't access the taxi booking app. Food was also very nice with lots of options. Highly recommended.

Security system is high. Food is costly Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel staff took extra for deposit as security for mini bar.

My stay at Park Plaza, Beijing was pleasant and staff was supportive and very helpful. We got most of our requirements met. I would recommend this Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel highly for stay in Beijing. It would be good if concierge services are provided at reasonable rates.
