Vanilla Orchid, Boutique Hotel

Stayed at the property for 4 nights. Hotel is nice and located near the market place. Local staff are courteous and helpful but the Hotel management is terrible. First there is the problem of running hot water. They have a solar heating system and will only deliver hot water during the day time and that too takes at least 15 minutes for the hot water to deliver. Secondly initially apart from the two small bottles of water, they were giving more free bottles as and when required. Later due to management pressure they stopped giving extra water and charged extra. On checkout, they charged for a broken glass which was not broken at the first instance as we never used the glasses. They even produced a picture of the broken glass.

The place is awesome, cheap, beautiful, friendly staff, nice food, clean and up to the mark hotel, the staff Paban and Supanda is awesome cute friendly girl they help us in arrangements of travel, tickets, spa booking taxi and tuk-tuk booking. Basically I can't find any place this good. Thanks for everything.

Location of the Hotel is very pleasant and calm, Hotel staff also very friendly and helpful. Room cleanness, service and other things are good and its the best in this price range.
