The location of the hotel is good. The staff is friendly and cooperative. There is a school just next door. We were fortunate to have school closed for 3 days on the occasion of the water festival, otherwise very disturbing due to so much noise. The breakfast is good but you have to go to their other property for taking it, which is very close to it. Be careful before booking this hotel because there is no lift/ elevator and we were given the rooms at 3rd floor. The rooms are not worth. Very old, dull, small. Rooms are very disappointing.
