I read a lot of nice reviews before booking the privilege floor. I was too excited and hoping for a VIP treatment as they say about this floor but was disappointed. The aircon wasn't working properly in the room. We ordered food late night and had to follow up thrice about the order. It took 2 hr to get the food. Facilities were quite average, apart from the complimentary fruits, everything is chargeable. Staff was friendly and nice though.

We traveled for our holidays to Cambodia and our stay at this THE PRIVILEGE FLOOR by Borei Angkor was excellent. We would recommend this to anyone. Five star luxury within affordable pricing. Thank you.

Awesome experience and superb service. Hotel staff extended a very warm welcome and were very attentive. Hotel location is very nice. It is very near to Angkor wat temple (7 km). Breakfast spread was very lavish.
