Nice hotel, staff is welcoming and giving executive treatment, very polite. Rooms are clean and maintained

I find this propery through make my trip apps. In this hotell staff was nice but propery very old. All room airconditioner not working. So hot can not sleep. Also after booking hotel make my trip staff not responce. Custumer care also not pick up phone.

Best location in sim reap. Convenient for visiting the angkor park as well near by mall and market. The staff are very welcoming and courteous.

1. Pool view room was not given as booked. Cheated. 2. 15 Dollars collected towards some Towel damages done on first day while check out. Ultimate cheating !!! No time to talk as we had to leave. 3. We used hotel travel desk. They charged excessively and cheated royally

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and clean and spacious bathrooms, located near siem reap nightlife and market. Vast variety of breakfast choice. One of the nicest and safest place to stay in siem reap.

Good location and ambience but price on the higher side. Very poor AC. I had to switch room at midnight as I could not sleep after landing at 10 pm. Second room was also AC was not adequate.

Stayed in Hotel 29-31st December 2015, Good Hotel in center of the Siem reap. All types and all national foods are available near hotel. Market is 5 mins walk able distance Room neat and clean. Swimming pool is filled with salt water. if you stay in road side room do not open the road side door ask for the other side rooms. Mosquitoes are there ask for some repellent. Other than that Good Hotel.

The hotel crew were very friendly and kind. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good too. It is right at the centre of city, walkable to all the indian restaurants and market. Not too far from the Airport. I would love to stay in this hotel when I visit this city again.
