Staff is very nice and polite the rooms are very neat and clean food was also very good and the room service is nice

Rooms were very small shower was rusty. Cleaning was not ok. Only 500ml water bottle given per day. Breakfast had very limited options.

Charging point is not enough so when make coffee inside room using electric kettle have to connect at mobile charging point, rooms are small as compared to prices, no hair dryer, mini bar fridge is not working, leakage in shower. No image taken.

Shuktara was the best 3 start budget hotel one could choose. The room was very nice clean. The beg and the toiletries were very nice. House keeping done everyday included changing of changing of bed-sheet, pillow covers, cleaning the floor and toilet thoroughly. Gym was very good for a small stay. It included multi gym, weights and yoga mats etc besides having TV and air-conditioning and a massage chair. The spa too was good. The welcome and the reception was very endearing and warm. The staff at the reception were a very goo guide to the city and things to do, places to go, mode or travel etc. They also helped by suggesting places to shop from. All this made our stay really memorable. A special mention for Ms. Farzana at the reception who was ever helpful with hotel, food and shopping matters. Overall the real estate, the room service, food (mostly the Biryanis) hotel's upkeep and the staff made our stay a pleasure. Location is dense but prime as well. Transportation to any location is available. Staff behaviour is very nice. Breakfast offered by Hotel can be improve by offering some variety of food but quality of food is good. Overall its recommended place to stay in Dhaka.

Room quality good, food quality good, but food service is very bad because they take too much time

The property is located in a very prime location. The staffs were extremely courteous and good at their job. Had a very happy, pleasant and satisfying stay for 5 days. But the management needs to give some serious thoughts on the complimentary breakfast they provide. All 5 day it was same variety of food being served which was pretty boring.

Two restaurants available in the Hotel. One charge high tax other no tax. Service level take time to improve. Ok

Good location, food is good, service very good

The rooms and toilets are clean. The staff services are good. Only AC was not and when I told they informed that no electricity still the room charge was not discounted because of no AC even though I had requested them.

Very pleasant, comfortable and hospitable.
