soloStayed there for 5 days. Room service was very pathetic. Water dripping from the ac duct, maintenance team rectified it after 3 days. Overall it was a very bad experience for me.

Phoenicia hotel is very poor place to stay

soloVery very poor management in everything in hotel. Reception staff even not understanding english. They don’t have management to provide anything to their staff members. Even for a iron for my clothes, they have only one iron for whole hotel and i had to wait for 4 hours to get that
