Tricking guests to pay more
I chose for poor because up on checking in they force the guests to pay some “Government” fee, they charged me 100 AED. While booking on MMT app taxes are included in final payment and only if there’s any minimal charges at the check-in it is acceptable but they deliberately hide these charges to lure customers showing lower prices upfront and later force them to pay more at the check-in. Otherwise, staff is very helpful and services are good.

Room not came clean daily .. not have shower towel daily.. after book they took money on Reciption it’s not mentioned… staff are not friendly.. very bad fully. they charges extra for me. they took extra money tax on me
