This is hotel is suited for someone who wants to stay close to the airport to take a flight next day.

Breakfast was not good no charger available

I have had the best stay and an amazing view at the same time, the staff is really friendly around here, the rooms are pretty big and very comfortable bed. I would recommend people for mantra as their preferred choice of stay

Great place to stay near the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. They have shuttle services too to the airport.

We had our worst experience at this hotel out of our entire trip to australia. There is nothing that i can appreciate except for their free airport transfer facility. 1) they put ham in only veggie omelette inspite of having a veggie sign and confirming with the room service staff 2) no house keeping of the room done though we stayed for 2 nights - bed not done, wet towels not collected back, fresh towels not given inspite of requesting. 3) the bathroom don’t have any locks, only sliding doors. On giving feedback and complaining about the experience they only had some defensive arguments and no true apologies really. Very bad customer experience. Will not recommend anyone to go here.

Nice hotel quite far from city centre. They have shuttle service to and from airport. Hotel is very clean. However they need some improvement on room cleaning services. I stayed for 8 nights but room were not cleaned up everyday despite of putting room cleanup tag on door. Apart from that, they have almost all amenities including restaurant. I felt restaurant should have some more vegan menu.

We have booked room for 3 adult people but only 2 bed were provided. No complimentary water provided and staff told us to take tap water from washroom. Washroom door does not have lock. Such pathetic service.

1. The door of washroom can not be locked and opening towards the side, causing disturbance to others on bed. 2. The hotel is far off from City. Not good for people going on vacation.

Hotel is close to the airport and I booked it for a night stay after my 12 hour flight. Overall the place is clean, interiors are modern, reception is super fast and the pick up service is pretty convenient. We arrived late and the restaurant was already closing by that time so we ordered room service. The food is slightly expensive but no complains on the quality. Breakfast spread was pretty nice, not a lavish 5-star spread but more than sufficient. There is nothing around here and the city is slightly far so I don't see a reason why you would want to spend more than a night here but for a stopover I would have no hesitation in recommending it.
