Uncaring and rude behavior of the staff

The room service was not good. We asked for extra blanket which was not provided on time. The extra bed for the 3rd person was very uncomfortable and the mattress quality was poor. It was hurting the back. We asked them for a replacement or extra mattress but they refused and did not solve the issue.

Well located with spacious rooms and well appointed kitchen. Close to lagoon and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants. Within walking distance to the quay. Very polite, caring and efficient staff, got free roll away bed on complimentary basis for my child which was a sweet gesture.

Nice spacious rooms, great location just next to the esplanade and ferry terminal. Good for a family. No restaurant in the Park Regis City Quays, but not worry as everything is close-by.
