We booked this hotel but wouldn't recommend it for couples or families due to the lack of basic amenities. To start with, the room was very small, and the bathroom was tiny and dirty. The bedsheets were dusty, as was the small couch. Despite selecting a double bed option, we were given a twin room. There was no kettle or tea/coffee sachets, which are basic in any hotel. The tv in the room was not working either. The hotel looked decent from the outside, but it had zero amenities. Most importantly, the wi-fi was horrible. When we arrived, there was no one to help us check in, and we had to wait for a while until someone assisted us. The hotel management had an elderly managing everything, which wasn't appropriate. We also noticed that someone had entered our room while we were away, as our things had been moved. The blanket was folded, and our bags were moved aside. The room was not cleaned, but new tissues were provided in the bathroom. This was particularly unsettling as we hadn't left a "room service needed" tag. It's disappointing that instead of cleaning the room, they just moved our belongings and provided new tissues.
