"Not a 4 Star Hotel"
I was disappointed with this hotel compared to my previous one which was a 4 star hotel also. Rooms looks old with the door lock not properly secured and the key is not a card key. And no complimentary drinking bottled water. Location is good its within the city premises and a walking distance to the visiting places. And the food was good also.

We got a room into a narrow side road where dogs were barking all the night. Therefore better ask for rooms to the main road - here you "only" hear the traffic noise of cars, without dogs at 3 oclock in the morning. The keys of our room were not working properly, we had to ask several times staff to open the door. Reception clerks were rather unfriendly, equally the man in the bar. On the whole: A disappointing experence.

Good but not friendly
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the hotel has good accessibility to the city center, rooms are clean and have comfortable furnitures and the breakfast was excellent, but some other items should be mentioned;
- in the 1st floor, the windows are fixed and the view was not good.
- when the outside air temperature was 5 ° at the nights, the rooms did not work and the system was central, but the rooms had separate air conditioning systems, so we could not turn on it is until other clients are not asking.! And now we are sick.
- In general, the hotel staff was not so kindly with the clients. For example, during the checkout, we were told that a bottle of water was used from the fridge, (while we did not use) and finally we had to pay the price.

A very nice hotel.
The hotel is located on a narrow street which leads to Mashtots st. within a 10 minute walk to the city center where restaurants and other entertainment are located.Our room was a standard room for three people so we had an extra bed. Beds were comfy. The room was clean with a mini fridge inside. Bathroom was clean with a hairdryer. There was a public iron in the corridor which could be used. The staff were really friendly and those in the front desk spoke English fluently. The others were also very helpful. The breakfast was nice and changed everyday. Platter of cheese and susage. Boiled eggs, susages. One or two types of salad and fried vegetables, mashed potatoes, coffee, tea, milk, cornflakes, different types of bread & Biscuits, different types ofjam, crepe and fresh fruit.We Stayed for 7 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. There are two items that I would like to mention. The hotel doesn't offer free bottles of water daily (I don't know about other hotels in Yerevan) and the air conditioning Can only be swtiched on-off. You can not change it to cold or hot as it works centrally.
