Hotel is old and rooms not maintained properly, many rooms doesn't have basic amenities like fans. Location is OK but approach road is narrow and completely damaged. Food is not tasty . Frequent power failure in hotel , lift is small and many times remains inoperable. Availability of hot water for taking bath is also an issue. must update the actual category of hotel as it really matters when guests actually stays there and don't get what they expected.

The stay was quite disappointing overall. There was no dustbin in the room, and only one liter of mineral water was provided per day, even though they mentioned “free mineral water” among the amenities. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and surprisingly, there was no air conditioning despite the hotel being rated 3 stars. Although it was listed as a resort, in reality, it’s just an ordinary hotel and doesn’t offer good value for money. The 4-star hotel right next to it actually charges less per night. The only positive aspect was the food—it tasted good, though the variety was limited. Other issues included frequent power outages, extremely slow Wi-Fi (even WhatsApp struggled to load), and noise from nearby rooms and floors, which raised privacy concerns. Overall, not a great experience. Needs significant improvement to match its advertised standards.
