Dirty and unhygienic Stay for this price
No maintenance of the property. Dirty and unhygienic stay. Many furniture and door have signs of breaking.

Average Stay
The location is awesome, but the food is decent if you go for North Indian food. The service was good.

familyBeautiful hotel located in Munnar. Lovely welcoming staff making the entire experience memorable. They have good delicious spread of breakfast. View from hotel is spectacular overlooking mountains. Only drawback would be the access road but if you have car then that should not deter the tourist from travelling and experiencing this hotel

Terrible Stay
1. disappointing experience at tea village resort, munnar rating: 1/5 i recently stayed at the tea village resort in munnar and was thoroughly disappointed. i expected far better quality and service. major issues: 1. steep and muddy entrance: difficult to access, especially for seniors or those with mobility issues. 2. numerous stairs: be prepared for excessive climbing, as rooms are scattered across multiple levels. 3. misleading photos: property looks nothing like the pictures 4. urgent renovation needed: old, broken furniture, torn curtains, and dusty rooms. 5. poor cleanliness: yellow stains on toilet seats, green algae in bathtubs, and unclean linens. 6. insect infestation: broken glass in the restaurant and inadequate pest control measures. 7. average food quality: only south indian breakfast items were satisfactory. the only positive: • breathtaking view from the balcony, especially during sunrise. unreliable management: our room was changed without consent, and we were denied our original booking due to a group reservation. warning: think twice before booking this resort. you can find far superior properties in munnar.

Good Stay
familyThe property mainly consists of rooms overlooking the valley, the sunrise view from your room is just beautiful, the clouds are below you, the sun is rising from one side, its literally like a childhood painting its just beautiful. Location is a bit inside, but its quite normal for munnar cause such properties would not have such beautiful views otherwise. Food is quite average, though their pokadas are just brilliant with a cup tea or coffee at your balcony.

Nice place to stay. Very nice view.
Location and view was awesome. Had a wonderful experience staying there. Food was also good. The staff was helpful and was just a call away. The only thing that needs to be improved is the wifi connection.

Overall stay and the staff was superb except the drainage issue in the washroom. Water was not been properly drained out.

Quiet & peace
coupleThis is an excellent place to stay if are looking for some quiet time. The view from the rooms are majestic. We were in a semi suite room, but the rooms with balcony are just as good. (don't stay in a standard room. It is a loss) the staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of there way to make you comfortable. The food is very good. Sometimes there is short supply of some items, but uf you are flexible, they'll make up for it by cooking off-menu items of your choice. This is 11 kms before munnar. But just as beautiful. The forest area starts just below the balcony of our room, and we spent an entire evening watching dozens of species of birds. Highly recommend for people who want to spend a few peaceful days away from the hustle and bustle of our cities.

Rooms are good. Food is okay. Limited menu in breakfast. If someone trying come with own car, try avoiding this place, road to hotel is very narrow and steep. But the view from the rooms is good

Best view but average property
View from the property is awesome. We stayed in a cottage, which is costliest but they are the worst. It's too tiny inside and smells, cottages are located right infront of properties tax stand. There is no privacy and too much noisy. 2nd day we complained about the same, they shifted us to regular room, inf-act they are good and have private balcony with awesome valley view. Food is average, cleanliness is average. Staff is friendly and polite. Best thing about the property is view.

Overall stay was good. But the room cleanliness was very average. Also probably because of the construction work going on… loud banging noise was there early in the morning itself… something which one don’t want when one is on vacation. But the staff was very cordial and professional. Property rating 3. But service rating 5.

coupleIt is a nice place, property is good, we stayed in suit, but facilities are limited to some cheap place. For eg: if the jacuzzi is in the room, it should be part of the room why charging extra. Food was not good at all.
