Terrible Stay
If you're looking for a Hotel which is little better than Dharmshala, then this is the best hotel for a budget stay. Forget about good rooms, good service, and courteous staff, good food in breakfast, clean floors in room, clean swimming pool, clean shower area in swimming pool. You will surely not forget dirty shower areas, mosquitos, cockroaches and rats in the rooms, and frequently changing rooms(because of vary old AC), with you wasting your travel and leisure time on the hotel reception requesting and sometimes fighting to get them to act(for warm breakfast). They probably reminded me that you haven't booked a room in a good hotel, this is a budget hotel and this is what you will get. They also listen to all the complaints without any hesitation to deny to work on any of them. And confirmed that this is what you get here. Go complain and we will not act. We finally decided not to complain and adjust to preserve our vibe. Except for the location which is in the market and not close to the beach everything else you will not miss. The beach is about a 30 minute walk. Surely not coming back and not remember it.

Terrible Stay
never visit the hotel.. I booked premium room for 4 nights . When I reached hotel they said there is no premium room vacant right now you have to take another room. And gave me studio room . Room was very dirty . Pillow bed sheet every thing was dirty and bed full of bed bugs. We didn’t sleep the whole night. Next day they gave premium room . Rooms was good but the same problem bed full of bed bugs .. not only we but many people faced the same problem

No check in. Inform for date modification on 20/02/25. No response by them. And in-last they say, we follow our policy.

Average hotel : not maintained
Very sad to say but its not as per the expectations. Not premium rooms. Common area canteen washroom are very dirty not at all maintained. Rooms are also not premium. All appliances are also not up to the mark not able to see ac is on or off. Very low lights to get light in room need to open certains. Washrooms is too poor bicket and all are like public toilets. Lift is very slow and no backup available if light is gone no use of lift. Hotel needs to renovate. Brekfast are also average is also average. And last you will get good 3stat hotel in same price.

Poor Stay
Location of hotal is good. We take only breakfast in our 3 days stay which was good. But amenities and services of the hotal is very poor. First they allot a room different then i booked where ☎️ and 📺 and light of corridor was not working. On Complaint they all

Terrible hotel and facilities
Very bad accommodation and service. Breakfast was worst. Not at all worth of paying this much amount. They deserve only 500 rs per night

Location was good all market near by hotel
groupProperty was not cleaned properly only a average. Breakfast food quality only average. Price is very high. Swimming pool was good. Hotel price is very costly.

Average Stay
At reception, i provided mine and my spouse's driving license as id. They took it for scanning and didn't return back and even we forgot to ask. We checked out on 27th jean and came back to home town without getting our driving license. Now since last 4 days i am following up for getting it courier to my hometown address.

Service is very bad tv is not in operation for complete 3 days number of times(minimum 25 to 30 times)remind and call the receptionist but problem still there room no 303 no charing socket is available for mobile phone breakfast quality is poor no towel and sope available after 1st day no water bottle after 1st day pl don’t visit anyone and i will never recommend to any person

Best stay in north goa
