Very bad Experience. Had to change hotel after midnight.

Poorly ventilated rooms and lobby. Presence of mosquitoes making opening window impossible at night. Second room alotted was also the same. Third room was being alotted but it was impossible to breathe since the room was sprayed with a lot of room freshner and I already got a headache. Since I had a long journey and was already tired, I had to rebook hotel at the last minute and pay additional costs of to travel to the hotel after midnight. I had already paid from Station to the Hotel. The reception staff Nixon helped with arranging the taxi but said that there would be no cancellation allowed or refund. This is wrong this the room was not well prepared for the guest so the hotel should have issued a refund. This was a MMTValuestay which I had booked. This place has a 4.1 rating but I think it should not have this rating anymore. very disappointed with the experience. Last minute hotel booking charges were also considerable around so it was also not a good deal at all. The Reception staff took a similar feedback from me on a page but it was sad to see that only a feedback was collected but there was no accountability.

Location was very congested. Food was not good. Breakfast was with very limited choice in a congested dining area. Lift is decades old with horrible smell. WiFi never worked. Having said that I appreciate the staff who tried their best with a smile on their face to help us but no good. Finally we decided to checkout prior to our prepaid booking ended and moved to a much better hotel. I would not suggest this hotel.
