The stay was so nice and the room was clean and hygienic . The owners behaviour was kind and respectful.

In Trivendram stay the hotel is worthless the bathkey is not working toilet and bath is common but the space is not enough. so many mosquitose are there. staff only smiles not for helping us and to carry iur luggage. hopless

Review for Spring Valley Resort, Thakkedy I recently stayed at Spring Valley Resort in Thackery, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. The food, especially at the restaurant, was amazing. I truly enjoyed it. If I get a chance, I would love to stay here again. I strongly recommend this resort to my friends and anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Location was good… Hotel seems to be done by new Management and with very less staff.. Restaurant is done by outside supplier and no services available except fixed limited menu for breakfast and other meals..

New and clear bathroom rooms. The lift was not there but they said in the next 3 months there will be one. Food was not so good.
