Nothing to say about; will expect some sort of Courtesy as an occupant of a night stay. Booked via make my trip but they where keep on checking and kept ubs waiting for 20 mins in lobby for room. And room, toilet etc was good in pics but nothing was there as per the pics. Not at all a average hotel experience, just a lodge as we see in old cinemas

Not service oriented. Non attentive poor maintenance food was not upto mark unprofessional location was ok

The patio thekkady is located just 300 metres from the thekkady boating ticket counter from where a bus takes further to the periyar tiger reserve area rooms are reasonably big and comfortable. Mattress was comfortable, clean towels and linen were provided. 24 hours hot water is also available the property has lifts to access rooms at higher floors which is a great boon for the elderly it has a huge parking area that can accommodate cars, mini vans etc complimentary breakfast is provided through a nearby restaurant (mainly kerala dishes, which is fresh and tasty.

It was a good stay. Nice place. Everything is near the hotel. Overall a nice stay.

very bad experience, very dirt bathroom, toilet flush not working, staff behaving very rude, asking if direct hotel booking they’re give answer, but if booked they’re not responding, too much mosquito in room, it’s just like guest house and worth not above 1000/- rupees a night. 🙏🏻. not receive voucher

room quality is poor, service is very slow, location is the only thing good about this hotel but there are no views from any room. overall, i was disappointed with my stay
