Woodside Residency

As I booked the hotel in make my trip by taking the room rate from the hotel. In hotel it's 1800 and in make my trip app it's 1600+ after completed payment with outbreak fast it more than 1800 so which is better. Then about room it's was so terrible the blankets are and towels are wet.the mat in front of bathroom are dirty and bathroom closet tiles all are completely stain. Bedside fan regulator are broken. Really unsatisfied

It's located in main town area, so restaurants, attractions are close by. Hotel manager is kind person, they offered pickup drop for remote people and also . Over all its a budget stay with decent accommodation

Stay was decent. Old furniture and old linen. Struggled to get jain food but manager gave couple of options. No air conditioner.

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were neat and the service is excellent.

Average hotel. But the staff's behaviour is good. Bed sheets and towels are not clean enough. Food room facilities not available

Room space is good, but food is not as per expectation and i have got free complementary breakfast in which it is restricted to take limited items like one dosa/poori, on second order they are asking to pay for it. Also there is frequent power cuts and generator also not functioning, no person is there to switch on lights on first floor common area.

Had a good stay at woodside, the hotel owner was very kind. Room was decent. They provided water bottles. It is located in main town

I checked in and rooms are not up to the level smells hard, so decided to look for different hotel. I exited the room even though they did not refund my money as i don't want the spen my night is the horrible hotel

The owner is very friendly. We were not familiar with the places, but he helped with a lot of bokings and suggestions. Would definitely reccomend.

Beautiful property located in the town itself. It's easy to go to nearby places. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. They even arranged hot water for my baby at midnight. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting thekkady.

Amazing hospitality, very clean rooms and near to various attractions. The location is very convenient for family and couples.

No tv, no ac, no service food served with poor service uncomfortable

Just nera to town. Large rooms. Good parking facility. Complimentary breakfast available in nearest hotel. Just walkable distance. Overall good experience

This is a new property and rooms are clean and neat. We booked 3 rooms had a comfortable stay. The people at the reception were good, smiling and cooperative. Only drawback is no lifts and no restaurant. However there we plenty of options nearby.

But there is no tv channels to watch. Most of them kept closed to none payment. No restaurant available at down the hotel. They are arranging somewhere place breakfast. We have walk for a while.

Hotel seems to be unorganised but the service from the manager mr. Rajesh is exceptional. He is a good guy and always responds well for any queries. He helps a lot. Though, i booked ac room and executive room which was not allotted due to poor system management but with his service, he has made things comfortable for us

Room was not good, tv was not working, flush was not working.

Room was fine, we took dinner and breakfast package, there is no kitchen in hotel they give us coupon for dinner and breakfast near 200 meter from our hotel to another hotel, yhere is horrible experience as the dinner hotel told us that there is limited dinner as 200 rs per head if bill is over then u pay extra and hotel takes us 700 for dinner with each couples so don't choose dinner and breakfast packages, dinner was average
