Periyar Mountain Palace

Location is very good in fact they have enough big space to run a very good hotel or resort. But room quality and food variety was very poor compared to the cost. Not even worth of 50% of amount we paid. Though staff from reception to restaurant were very polite, zero management and nothing organised. Pols check latest reviews before opting this hotel

Approaching road is too slope and there is no proper signals on the road and for parking. Food is good.

Very poor. Room service is bad. Beds are not clean floor dirty very very average. Swimming pool water is old and not clean swimming pool.

The place was located at a beautiful spot which was peaceful yet accessible easily to the city centre. The rooms were neat and the staffs were friendly.

The staff are really friendly, they help us in booking jeep safari, all sight seeing, and kalari fight program. Jeep safari coordinator is very friendly a big shout out for him

Its in central location and easy to cover all places and hotel food is good and rooms clean. Swimming pool is nice. Overall its good stay for family.

The property is well built and maintained with spacious rooms and great views. The hotel is slightly away from the city centre so you need a vehicle. The restaurant serves only breakfast (lunch or dinner only on special prior request)

we were well-received by the staff of the hotel and got us checked in, on time! the room was spacious, clean and had hot water at all times. food was good, both dinner and breakfast with 3 to 4 options. new year eve was so much fun with music and good food! overall we had good stay and at a great location!.

Had booked couple of rooms during the busy christmas week. The check in was smooth and staffs in reception are very friendly. In fact never seen such a friendly front desk staff. Location and view from hotel was good. As for of food, it’s average. That’s not the main concern. As we are frequent traveller, we know about the food quality in the tourist spot. Overall it’s very pleasant.
