Best service good staff bst roomm and service

It was really a very nice stay the caretaker even helped us with our itinery and took to near by places

The room was good and neat. It would have been better if a kettle had been provided, especially considering the cold weather there. On the negative side, the chairs provided in the balcony were very poor in quality — at least some good wooden or new chairs could have been placed instead. Also, the separation wall between the balconies of adjacent rooms was very bad. If both rooms were occupied, there was absolutely no privacy when using the balcony. That could have been improved. Additionally, I felt a bit of insecurity in the bathroom — there was a hole near a pipe through which it seemed like someone could see inside. The electricity was also fluctuating often, and it felt like there was no proper power backup.

Quite average stay, our 1 room was of bad smell and restroom was very bad. Food was not at all worth, better go out and have good food instead of ordering with them for dinner. Their water glass was smelling bad, we cant even take it near mouth. Such a bad experience, its a small hotel type not a resort and we were not happy with it.

Stay was quite good but inl had doubt on ceiling light , it was only one bulb and it was loosely attached to ceiling.

The place was very good and it’s very pleasant stay . It surrounded by trees and good breeze air Room is good but could be upgrade it better . Staff was so polite and friendly Overall it’s was a good stay for a week end

The property is beautiful but we had honestly a poor experience, mainly because of the mixed up posting and the mismanagement that followed. We booked one cabin hut with the property, under the assumption that it came with AC and a TV, as given in the room details. Come to find out, the cabin hut is non-AC (which was fine, considering the cool weather) and had no TV (despite having the wall fittings for it) When we requested a better room with a TV atleast, we were given one in the main house. The next day, while we were in the middle of our sight seeing we get repeated messages from the host saying there has been a mixup and we need to vacate our room and move back to the cabin hut. When we did cut our day short and return to the property to find a solution, the host all smiles told us the entire house has been booked out and so we have to move to a different room. When we asked what we were being given for our inconvenience, all we received was a smile and a shrug. We requested atleast a compensatory breakfast the next day (we paid for our breakfast on day 1) and were promptly told our booking includes no meals, and so that cannot be done. We did move, and the cabin by itself has no issues apart from the advertised amenities that do not exist (TV, AC) Thekkady was the last leg of our Kerala trip and this less-than-pleasant experience really left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Would've been better to just book a normal resort or hotel, honestly.

Awesome stay at curly wood. It was very peaceful and quiet with good scenary. Good food and very pleasent stay. The host Christine Roy is a very down to earth person and people at the stay were very kind.

Property view nice, manager Christy ROI done a very good job and the helpers are also so kind. But quality of the food can be improved for this cost

The stay was excellent and food was good. The staff is very helpful and cooperative.

I never check in the hotel. I had booked this hotel by mistake and within half an hour i wanted to cancel my booking for the same day. They hotel management were extremely cheap and did not expect to return the money. In half an hour i’m sure they did not lose any business but wanted to play cheap and did not want to return my money that got deducted.

The stay was really enjoyable. The atmosphere around the setup was cozy. Really recommendable for friends. Loved it

The rooms were stinky and there is no separate balcony. it's common for all the visitors. I didn't like my stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay. The caretaker, athul, was excellent, and all the staff were very kind and attentive. The ambiance was wonderful, making it a truly enjoyable experience.

Location is good and the rooms are spacious, but the bathroom looks mediocre and basic. The complementary breakfast was very bad. They should have just given toasted bread with butter and jam.

I was with my family at curlywood. All of us are really happy with the stay there. The staffs were really polite and helpful.
