very bad hotel and staff they overcharged to guest when booking done with map plan they take extra money from guest.

The stay was decent for the price. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were generally helpful. The main drawback is the remote location with a very narrow, difficult-to-access road. Breakfast was average but the overall environment was peaceful amidst nature.

Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom are ok but flush is not working. Restaurant service available. Standard fixed menu for breakfast. Staff are helpful and courteous. The approach road to reach hotel is very narrow (two vehicles can’t go at a time). Parking space available in open space opposite to property.

I was booked Honeymoon suite executive room for night stay but this room have negative wibes and negative sounds in the room. I am conforming this sound not like birds it is very dangerous

Visited for short stay. The location is good proximity to bus stand and other local shops. Rooms are clean and decent.

Couldn't find resort. They didn't response and they didn't at-ten the phone call i don't reach the resort. Worst response.

Fake photos showing. Hotel room extremely bad. No shower no jungle view. Room door not properly working.

In photographs the resort seems to be very modern and beautiful but in actual it's not. Moreover it's location is far in villages side in narrow streets. Food served here is average and rates high in comparison to quality. Staff is cooperative but lots of language problem and their english is also very week. Rooms inside condition is also average. So be aware when going to book this. If anyone wants proper market area hotel it will be a good choice.

I booked by seeing three star hotel, but it dint have a good parking space, room is like a normal budget hotel, food was nice, tasty and in quality.

The pictures are not same. I had to upgrade ny room to toke a good room to stay. Not much options in breakfast.

I checked in at the hotel but was not happy. There is no proper service. The manager (mr) was also not traceable despite calling him for clarification required on the charges applied other than shown while checking in. The clarification for charges given to me a day prior was not the one which was charged during check in. The food was good but the property has no proper parking facilities.

Good hospitality hygienic buildings seems to be bit old. But it is not an issue the service from the staff was good

We have booked our stay (two families) Com website and had paid fully for the stay. Once we reached the resort(literally we need to reach this resort thru a street which looks like a dirty slum with cow dugs, it made us upset by the way it was maintained. Smelly, cockroaches, termites on the wood walls. The beds are very bad. Coir bed will poke in when you lie down. We need to move out of the resort without staying and had to look out for another hotel to stay. The resort is poorly maintained and its just the opposite what is shown Besides the route, if the resort is maintained, it would have been very good place. My advise is to visit the resort sites and check before advancing the payment. Don't trust the pictures its all taken when they have started this resort. We have advised the resort manager to return the payment which we had made Nothing as such is been paid. Maybe the resort should allow the guest to check the rooms before check-in and if the guest didn't like the rooms, they should have the courtesy to payback the amount; if they had made payments.
