hygienic condition of bed was very poor& overall stay experience was below average electricity was interrupted frequently

Hotel is very good. Nice room location little bit far away from city but good. Family room is too good nice bed to sleep.

Very comfortable stay at mountain hues hotel with very good natural beauty surrounding the hotel place

The room had a smell, which they solved by using a room freshener. Linen was clean but old

Clean rooms, friendly staff, neat mattress, decent sitout, average restaurant, close to 11 kms from thekkaday main area.

Hotel on main road on way to thekkady 12 km. Rooms are very clean comfortable to stay. Visited during middle of october. Climate was pleasant. May be off season, the visitors were limited. Staff are co operative. Restaurant is there but with limited items. Anakkara spices and ayurvedic medicine is very close to the hotel. We puposely came here to take ayurvedic medicine due to good result experienced in the past.

water leakege is on the wall. lots of mosquitoes and no mortien is provided. in the morning no water in washroom and they topd that you can use bathroom of another room but they cant change the room.

Stay was good. It's a good property having good view and nice and cozy rooms. Staff is helpful. Food is also good.

good unit as to the room size, cleanliness etc but the charge of per day for a non a/c room is high. ground plus two floor without lift unit, tough for people worried of staircase climbing but luggage, the hotel team support for the in and out movement. don’t select for the break fast offer as the spread is not worth for the price charged..

Kitchen very much limited, no options in breakfast. No coffee machine inside room. Overall experience not good, very expensive room rates. Lot of insects in room.
