Hotel is not perfect the charged us extra the don't have proper facilities it's expensive not worth it's is 2 star budget hotel and the problem is staff on reception their reservation manager is very rude lot of problems We faced a lot of problems in this hotel

Our recent stay at Hotel Highrange Plaza was an average experience overall. The rooms were decent but nothing special — clean enough but lacking the comfort and warmth one would expect for a pleasant stay in Thekkady. What really disappointed us was the service, which felt below par and somewhat indifferent compared to other hotels in the area.A major inconvenience was the breakfast arrangement. Almost all travelers heading from Thekkady to Alleppey for the houseboat experience need to check out early, usually around 7:30 to 8:00 a.m., to reach Alleppey by 12:30 p.m. for boat boarding. Despite this being common knowledge among travel agencies, the hotel did not provide an early breakfast option. Instead, we were handed a cold Paratha in a packet as the “complimentary breakfast,” which was quite underwhelming and not up to the mark.The only saving grace is the hotel’s location. It’s situated in a lively area with plenty of shopping and dining choices, and Kathakali and martial arts centers are within walking distance. Overall, it’s fine for a short stopover, but don’t expect too much in terms of service or breakfast quality

no service hotel, there are no telephones working, no electricity, generator takes forever to start,no response from reception..won't recommend for anyone!

The location of the hotel was absolutely great. The food was veg, but very tasty. Rooms were neat and tidy. I liked the stay.

clean rooms and toilet, bed sheet was clean. toiletries were provided.hot water available. lift was working. ample parking space. there restaurant is available in ground floor belongs to the hotel. other restaurants and spices And chocolate shops are available nearby

over all good for a short stay. Rooms are specious, staffs are friendly and well behaved. It's situated in the heart of the city so you won't face any issues to go for shopping/marketing.

I booked this hotel for going to Mangaladevi temple and I clearly stated my purpose of travel in their guest information form at the time of checking. I left the hotel at 04:30hrs with my sister to reach the temple early so that I can return to the hotel before 11.00 hrs. But due to the heavy rush we could reach the hotel only at 18:30hrs exhausted. When we reached the hotel to our shock we found our luggages are placed near the reception telling that the Check out time is 11:00hrs. This is the first experience in my life . Normally all hotel staff will contact me whether I needed extension of room over phone. If they are not getting me over phone they will keep my room and collect additional charges. No toiletries were supplied and when asked for them they replied me they can supply toilet papers. They even don’t know what is toiletries. And No centre table, hair dryer, kettle, newspaper, dental kit as mentioned in the amenities. The cupboards were stinking . Entire cleanliness were just ok. Only one plus point I felt was there was a manager when we reached the hotel who tried to help us and behaved politey. Location is good near to KSRTC bus stand.

it was a nice experience. the stay in hotel was nice and the staff especially Mr Jose was a memorable one.

Location is good.. room is also comfortable.. As suggested by mmt I opted for breakfast but they serve only North Indian cuisine which we didn't like.. I asked for refund from the hotel manager.. he couldn't do as I booked through mmt. We had our breakfast outside only.. could you refund the breakfast amount as charged while booking the room.

Best location and good behaviour of staff

the property location was very near to every attraction, and it's in the heart of the city. but in the case of food, they serve only north indian kind of foods like aloo paratha, poori and bhaji. the sevices and aminities were really great and the behaviour of the staff were exceptional. we really enjoyed the stay.

Disappointing stay! The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the bed sheets weren't changed during our entire stay. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and it wasn't met here. To make matters worse, the parking area was congested. Hopefully, they'll address these issues soon.

It was a great stay experience and the host has helped us in local sightseeing and the breakfast food was good

Hotel is clean, good spacious room, restaurant at ground floor offers very tasty food. Hotel staffs and manager are very helpful and polite. However, TV was not working, they tried but couldn't resolve the issue. Otherwise good stay.

NICE HOTEL HAPPY TO STAY at kumily location WAS very nice. veg restaurant is available at ground floor Gokul veg restaurant.

property is near by bus stand. just coming out of bus stand and can go left, before reliance mall it comes. it is also at walking distance to periyar national park and kathakkalo and marshal art shows location. the property guy jose is very helpful person. he will guide in true manner. he only arranged show tickets for kathakkali show on phone and lead us to location also. below hotel only vegvrestaurrant is available, where north indian style tea, gobi , aloo , panne4 parotha and routine lunch and dinner items available. ( in kerala tea is prepared in different way) apart from that if we want property guy jose can also arrange tour to grape gardens. its better to visit priyar national park at 6 am as rush will be always there in day time and we migjt not get tickets - so from hotel only they guoded us to go to park at 6 am . thhats near to property location, may be 800 mtr to 1km. hotel rooms are big enough. bathrooms are clean. hot water is available. furniture and seatings are available.

Stay was good, Rooms was small as we had booked Non AC standard room. Restaurant was available in hotel.

Room is neat and clean. Staff is cooperative. Property in great location near kathakali theatre. Testy north indian food available.

Overall nice stay, helping staff, near to market, in hotel gokul restaurant is best for pure vegetarians
