The hotel is located in the city center...neatly maintained...few of the room service staff and at the restaurant are having bad attitudes (north Indians)...and the people who just stayed above our room had made our stay difficult by continuously dragging the chairs and cot till midnight...otherwise it is a good stay

Stay was very pleasant, peaceful and higly satisfying. Services were praiseworthy. Service team are very cooperative and humble. Breakfast was of good standard. Location was excellent. Property location is really good. Room size was too big than expected. View from the balcony was amazing as church, main road, mountain and greenery can be seen. Room service was prompt. Breakfast was delicious with variety of options available.

No tea bag and flask

Staffs are good, rooms just okay, and bathroom is not clean and good. I stayed different hotels before but they all provide tea bags and flask to have some tea for free. But for this hotel have to order from the restaurant and charge us 456 rs extra for just 3 cup of tea and sandwiches. Opposite to this hotel they charge only 150 rs for these. Expensive but not worth it.

Regarding the tea and sandwiches i believe all the hotel will charge sandwiches and the rate will be clearly mentioned in the menu card, so that you may choose as per your taste and budget. Yes there will be many restaurants, small shops, coffee shops where you may find food cheaper but we have certain quality standards which we are always committed to follow, that is why we are providing a detailed menu card for your selection. Hi, staff was courteous, room was spacious and well maintained, location wise it is very good variety bath all centers are nearby this and Periyar tiger reserve bus stand is on walking distance from there.
