It was an amazing stay . But we had some bad experiences as well .Staff was really Good . Especially the restaurant staff . Room service is little bit poor . Our room tv had some problem . When we informed them they didn't responded at all . And the Pool area is very congested and the Swimming pool is very small . Pool is in the 5 th floor . Food is just above average . Restaurant ambiance is nice . Breakfast was really GuD . Totally we were satisfied. This is located very near to the main tourist attractions .

We had a pleasant stay. We booked 3 rooms for 6 adults. We reached early and requested for early check-in, which was provided. Complimentary upgrade of 1 room was also given. The Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady is very centrally located and walkable distance to major attractions. Rooms are neat and clean and spacious. The staff were very polite. Breakfast was good and tasty. Overall a pleasant experience at a reasonable cost.

The location of Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels Thekkady is wonderful its a walking distance to periyar tiger reserve booking counter/gate. ambience, room and food is very good. service is very fast and staff are very polite and well mannered. we stayed for 2 daya. Food is excellent in the morning as well as in the evening. Staff is very supportive and polite. They gave the full detail during onboarding. Rooms is very clean and spacious. overall I recommend this property to all the tourists.

Facilities were clean and tidy, staff were cordial and welcoming. Overall experience was good and would recommend. But the kitchen/ dining was under staffed. Had a limited menu on one day, Some room service ordered was cancelled after a long wait.

The property is very well maintained and situated at the right place. Food was decent, I am not complaining. Welcome drink was amazing. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained, loved it. Staff is very courteous and hospitable.

The place is located very close to Periyar Reserve's parking lot and Kathakali theatres. The hospitality is really good and the staff is helpful.
