Stay was average. Staff service was not available. No lift service. Had to carry luggage till the 3rd floor. Only 1 water bottle was provided of only 10 Rs for 2 people. When asked for another water bottle they charged for that.

I travelled as a sole traveller...here they have room for solo travellers as well as for family and friends (Ac and non AC). This hotel is at walkable distance from the bus stand and also Periyar lake is at walkable distance. The host of the property is also very sweet and room prices are also very low as compared to other hotels.

the location was good , we had booked 2 non ac rooms which were at 3rd and 4th floor and there was no lift , the hotel trnsfd to us in 1 room at first floor . the rooms were neat and clean , and washroom was also good , recommended to book ac room at first floor , otherwise don't book.

Good location, in the middle of the market all food joints are nearby, Kumily Bus stand is 2 mins walk....only issue is there is not lift in the hotel we have to take our luggage to 2nd floor very congested stairs but room was spacious with basic amenities..... considering the rate room was good.

Rooms are large sized owner is care taking but having no lift arrangement to take up your luggages in room also not having vehicle parking facility. Power back up is not available average facility with a low budget cost. I will give rating as average to this facility.

I found the property nd selected on basis of ratings. The property shown in the pic is entirely different. No lift, no room service, no battery back up, no parking, no hot water facility nothing. Inside room also not that much clean as i expected. Not worth for money.
