Very Poor not upto the mark ,Dharmashala is better than this hotel , for Ac Delexe room paid too much but hotel rooms are terrible , no door bell, old model tv , no wifi ,telephone is not working, unsupportive staff, Hungry for money , when we talk about the rooms he said such type of rooms are Ac deluxe, Very poor and terrible , not worthy for money.. disappointing . not recommended for others

they don't give room. they will shifts to us of other hotel.they will say. Hai, this is from michaels inn, due to heavy rain our some rooms are blocked, so we shifted your booking to periyar medows hotel, please check in there.

Location of hotel is nice, but rooms are small for the tariff paid, no lift so it is difficult for elderly persons to reach 2nd floor, parking is good, overall experience is fine.

The hotel is located near to the Thekadi Bus terminus which is at walkable distance. Restaurant, elephant camp and boat ride are also accessible from the restaurant. The hotel provides hot water in the morning.

worth the price. room was clean and tidy . only negative i saw was electircal equipments (fan and tv ) were too old or outdated. No plug point available for charger nearby bed. Only 2 plug points in total available which is only for tv. other than this the room and ambiance was good and comfortable

Very old property. Bathroom rooms all are old. Hotel needs to be renovated to get attactes. Receptionist was asking for original kyc. Good for budget stay

Located at good place.. Bit more service required like hot drinking water.. Intercom telephone is not working..Overall Good...

Location of the hotel was good and stay was average because in night there was power outage and they didn't switch on generator as earliest. For food 1 hotel inside the premises and little expensive but not bad. Outside the stay plenty of hotels are there. KSRTC bus stand also walkable distance from stay.

It is near to Kathakali Kalari show and periyar boating ticket counter , good maintenance, manager very helpful.

The hotel is in excellent location and easy to reach every places such as Periyar boat service bus stand, elephant camp etc.. Hotel staffs are very good and helpful.

Good place, well maintained. Close to all prime locations. They have all the needful things available. The only downside is they don't have an elevator.

good ambience and nature friendly family can easily come and stay which is near to Thekkady tourism.

The property location was excellent.good staff,very clean room and hotwater also good.They provided some north Indian food.Very species parking

Not worth as per the price. Also the manager's uncle was rude in behaviour. The floor has no lift/elevator and the room design was weard. The check in check out can be managed by the property.

Property is clean and well maintained though it is old. It is very close to ticket counter of safari and shows also. It do not have lift though it has 2 floors.
